One of my earliest memories as a child was helping my mother roll out the dough for fresh pasta. At all the birthdays and holidays, every inch of the kitchen was used to lay out Tagliolini. I would be the one hand-cranking the machine, while my mom ran the dough through the rollers; anticipating the meal that would follow the next day.

We at Fede Pasta have carried on that same passion of care and appreciation for fresh pasta. Using only the freshest ingredients, patience, and respect for your pasta, we hope when you sit down and take your first bite, you realize that you are eating the best pasta.

Fede Corporation started out in October 2005 with a wooden table, a mound of flour, a couple of eggs, a pinch of salt, and a lot of Faith in God. With family recipes and traditions brought over from Abruzzo, Italy (Home of De Cecco, Delverde, and Rustichella D'Abruzzo), we started dropping off samples to local high-end restaurants. Within a short period of time,
we were working around the clock to meet their demand. Now, a couple of years later,
we are shipping pasta across the country, and we would like to share this joy with you.
